I am a family law attorney practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona and the surrounding areas. I began my legal career as an Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Attorney General's Office. In this capacity, I provided representation to the Department of Economic Security, Division of Child Support Enforcement, and appeared in several hundred child support related court hearings.. Upon resigning from the Attorney General's Office, I started my own family law practice in Scottsdale, Arizona.  In 2012, I partnered with Ronee Korbin Steiner to form Korbin Steiner & Marquis.  In 2015, Ms. Korbin-Steiner was appointed to the Maricopa County Superior Court bench, and I maintained my practice in family law. Areas that I have experience in include: dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child support, paternity, parenting time, legal decision-making (formerly "custody"), spousal maintenance, modifications and enforcement of existing orders, relocation, orders of protection, and injunctions against harassment.. On a personal note, I am the mother of six children ranging in age from 2-15. I am a football fanatic and I love to travel, read and spend time with my wonderful husband. I also believe in the importance of giving my time to those who are less fortunate.
