Maureen Reilly is the owner and founder of Reilly Law which opened in Boston, Massachusetts in 1996.  Maureen is a skilled negotiator, trained mediator and experienced trial attorney. She has litigated hundreds of complex tort, contract and employment cases.  She has tried numerous jury trials with outstanding results.. In 2009 Maureen obtained her mediation certificate from Mediation Works Inc. (MWI) in Boston and has mediated cases throughout the Courts of Massachusetts.  She is on the panel of mediators at MWI and Case Closed where she mediates personal injury, contract and employment cases.. In 2013, Maureen expanded her mediation practice to include divorce mediation.  She trained at MWI and received a certificate in divorce mediation from the Center for Mediation and Training in New York City.  Maureen is on the panel of mediators in Norfolk Probate Court where she has mediated numerous family law issues including alimony, child support, property division, custody and parenting plans.  She also represents individuals in litigated family law matters.. In 2015 Reilly Law opened an office in Manhattan.  Maureen has been a member of the New York Bar since 1994.  She will provide litigation and mediation services in the areas of personal injury, contract, employment and family law.. In her spare time Maureen enjoys music, art, cooking, dancing and travel.
