Pet custody disputes among people who were previously in a relationship together are becoming quite common.  At Boston Dog Lawyers we believe there are dozens of ways to prove ownership.  The person who bought the dog is not necessarily the sole owner.  Neither is the person who licensed the dog or took the pet to the vet.  We dig in on each case to learn the facts that we can rely upon to prevail under the existing law.  Our arguments are also centered on looking at what is in the best interests of your pet.  While the judiciary is not necessarily allowed by law to consider those arguments, we make them as much as we can..
