Since 1991 my law office, The Law Offices of Kevin P. Landry, P.C. have been helping citizens of Massachusetts and Rhode Island recover following an accident or injury.  In the past 22 years our offices have helped settle over 1,000 cases, with our lead attorney Kevin P. Landry still personally in contact with each of his clients.After graduating from the New England School of Law in Boston, I went on to secure a Master’s Degree in Law and was admitted to the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York bars.Since the beginning I knew I wanted to establish my own law practice.  I did not want to be handed a case the moment before a trial.  Instead I wanted to work on my cases from the start, and get to know my clients and research their cases from the very first day.I fully understand that the majority of my clients have suffered a traumatic injury, illness or accident.  Early in my career I realized that victims of such incidents needed to have the ability to immediately speak with me and not a receptionist or secretary, in order for me to help to fully understand and protect their legal rights.I make myself immediately available because big insurance companies and even defendants are looking to take advantage of victims without legal representation.  Always talk to a lawyer before you talk to your insurance company.
