Our clients do not get young lawyers or lawyers who do not know the area working on their matters. They get two very experienced and well trained IP lawyers. Our practice focuses exclusively on trademark, copyright, advertising and unfair competition law. We left “BigLaw” because the business model is broken and a losing proposition for the clients. Trademark litigation does not require an army!. We are very different. We care about our clients. We actually like our clients and can give personal service to our clients because we are not stuck in the “BigLaw” model. We represent businesses, ad agencies and individuals.
