Joel Mueller Bio
I am a longtime Arizona resident and an alumni of Arizona State University. During law school, I was a member of a number of clinical programs including the Mediation and Alternative Conflict Resolution Clinic and the Immigration Law Clinic. I also worked as a law clerk for Mueller and Drury, P.C. a small general practice civil litigation law firm. As an attorney I have worked on a wide range of cases involving family law, evictions, foreclosures, breach of contract, creditor/debtor, ERISA, sect. 1983 civil rights defense, estate planning, probate, and personal injury. I have also written appellate briefs in the Arizona Court of Appeals and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.. Currently, my partner and I practice solely Plaintiff's employment law, with an emphasis on agency (EEOC/DOL/OSHA) representation and litigation.
