Mr. Ratto is a local attorney, born in San Francisco and raised in Marin County. His firm has been based in Oakland since his predecessor, Frederick Duda started it in 1960. The firm now concists of six branch offices in Oakland, Concord, San Jose, Salinas, Sacramento and Stockton to serve all of Northern California.. Throughout his career , Mr. Ratto has dedicated himself to representing injured clients in civil and Worker’s Compensation cases in both jury and bench trials. He is the founder of the Ratto Law Firm.
