Before becoming an attorney in 1988, I bought, developed and sold real property, served on the Tacoma Pierce County Multiple Listing board as a member and president and was active in the Tacoma Board of Realtors where he served on the governing board. After beginning practice as an attorney, I continued to be involved in the real estate industry as a member of the board of directors for the Master Builders Association of Pierce County for 10 years, and am now a lifetime board member.. Among my many community activities, one of my most recent was perhaps the most rewarding. I served as a past president of The Tacoma Rescue Mission, where I also served as a Board Member for seven years.. My practice includes a broad range of real estate related legal services that are identified below in four (4) categories:. Real Estate. Boundary disputes. Condemnation. Conditions, covenants and restrictions. Easements. Environmental threshold determinations. Dispute resolution. Land use planning. Leases and rental agreements. Platting and subdivision of real property. Purchase and sales agreements. Real estate and asset based financing. Title insurance. Water rights and transfers. Zoning hearings. Quiet Title actions.
