The Law Offices of Ethan D. Baker were established in 2006 in Los Angeles with the belief that clients should not only expect, but receive, first-class service from their legal counsel. Ethan’s core principle is that all clients should be treated with the individual attention and respect they deserve, in order to build lasting and personal relationships, while providing them with the legal expertise they require. In 2009, Ethan relocated to Michigan and opened his office in Metro Detroit.  Since that time, Ethan manages the firm from his Birmingham, Michigan location. Prior to opening his law practice, Ethan was given the opportunity of a lifetime to work as a Special Assistant to President and Mrs. Ronald Reagan in their Los Angeles post-presidential offices. As a member of their small personal staff, Ethan was essential to numerous projects, dealing extensively with national and local political figures, as well as the press. When President Reagan passed away, Ethan played an integral role in the management of the President’s state funeral and subsequent California interment, and the concluding logistical operations of his Los Angeles office. Several months after President Reagan’s passing, The Office of Ronald Reagan was closed and Ethan comfortably parlayed his experience with one of the greatest world leaders into the Office of the Chairman and CEO of Platinum Equity, Tom Gores. Serving as Project Manager, Ethan worked primarily on real estate projects.. Professional accomplishments aside, Ethan is blessed to have the love and support of his family. With a devoted wife and three children who bring joy to his life, Ethan ranks his family as his most important achievement and success of all.
