Marc Days is a criminal defense attorney representing those charged with state and federal offenses in Fresno. He earned his undergraduate degree in sociology from UC Berkeley, and expanded his education at the University of Virginia, School of Law before becoming a member of the California State Bar. Upon graduating from law school, Marc advocated for civil rights by litigating against major corporations and government entities. Since then, he acquired a position with the Fresno County Public Defender, Fresno Office of the Federal Defender for the Eastern District of California, and opened Days Law Firm in 2015.
