My first mentor was Stanley Jones. I was an associate of and of counsel to the Giacomini, Jones & etc, Klamath Falls law firm for a period of about 20 years. For that firm I tried a number of cases in Klamath Falls and other courts around the state, defending insurance companies against the claims of injured persons.. About 30 years ago I saw the light and since then I have not represented insurance companies, but have only represented injured persons in their claims against insurance companies.. In injury cases, my goal is to get my clients a fair settlement. In some cases a trial or arbitration is necessary to get a resolution.. My Mentor in the area of probate law was Anthony Giacomini, who helped me handle many complicated probates.
