I am a second generation family law lawyer, however I have chosen to expand my practice into the area of estate planning, probate and guardianship. We was at the same location since 1984 until June 1st 2013 when I accepted an offer to join a 100 year old law firm half a block away. I now am a partner in Newton Kight LLP founded in 1912.. I have extensive litigation experience, however find that one must have an eye to resolving disputes in a manner that does less harm than perhaps an extended trial might produce.
