He represents clients who have been charged with white collar fraud, embezzlement, bribery, federal drug conspiracy crimes, criminal RICO violations, firearm and violent crimes. Mr. Utley represents clients charged with state felony and misdemeanor charges including: DWI/DUI, domestic violence matters, theft, battery, drug charges, public drunkenness, lewd conduct, disturbing the peace, expungements and all other state and municipal code violations. Mr. Utley represents those with Professional License issues, including Louisiana Nursing License Defense and violations of the Louisiana Nurse Practice Act.
