Legal & Trial Experience. Mr. Medina has over 21 years of legal experience. He spent 14 of those years prosecuting cases as a Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney. Mr. Medina uses his vast knowledge of the system to benefit his clients at every stage and every level of the criminal court process. He prosecuted over 4800 cases at various stages, from Class X Felonies to Misdemeanor Traffic and DUI matters.. When Mr. Medina advanced to the Felony Review Unit of the Office of the Cook County State's Attorney, he gained first-hand experience analyzing cases and understanding police procedures with felony investigations.
