My son, a former CPA, and I have a small Scottsdale, Arizona, two lawyer law firm called KEYTLaw, LLC.  We prepare wills and trusts and form LLCs and nonprofit corporations.  We have formed 9,200+ Arizona limited liability companies and 430+ nonprofit corporations because we do a fabulous job and are way cheaper than a national document preparer for similar formation services.. We have 241 five star reviews on Google.. Until 2001, I was a partner at one of the largest law firms in Arizona where they liked to charge high hourly rates and big legal fees.  I left for several reasons:. Before law school, I was in the United States Air Force for six years.  I was fortunate to have flown the F-4 Phantom supersonic fighter-bomber for five years, including combat missions over North Vietnam, South Vietnam and Laos in 1972.  See my website called "Flying the F-4 in Combat" by doing a Google search for flying the F-4 in combat.. I've been married to my college sweetheart since 1972.  We have three wonderful kids.  My son, Richard C. Keyt, is a former CPA who graduated from ASU's law school and is an attorney in my KEYTLaw, LLC, law firm.  My oldest daughter is a Southwest Airlines flight attendant whose husband is a Southwest pilot.  She is the mother of three of our four grandchildren.  My youngest daughter Kate is a social media expert with two young children.
