Because Mrs. Rivas is familiar with the unique challenges migrant workers face, she strove to study law and form a law practice dedicated to serving the local community of Tampa. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and is a cum laude graduate of Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, FL.. Through her law practice in Winter Haven, Tampa, and Land O Lakes, FLorida, she has realized her dream of serving the community and helping others. Mrs. Rivas is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Ben. They live in Tampa, Florida with their beautiful children, Trey and Bella and their beloved Boxer dog, Chino. Mrs. Rivas is passionate about all families and does not take lightly her role, as mother and wife, in shaping the future generation.
