My practice focuses on civil litigation, business start-up and organization, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant issues, estate planning, and probate.  I advise individuals, businesses, and other organizations on a range of legal matters.  I also handle litigation matters, including commercial disputes, personal injury cases, and insurance claims.  My background in land development and professional services marketing helps me to understand that my clients need advice that will help them identify risks and make informed decisions.  I also know that clients expect and deserve the utmost professionalism from an attorney, and I strive always to be a responsive and courteous advocate in all of my dealings on behalf of my clients.. My wife and I moved to Portland in 2008 from Denver, Colorado.  As much as we enjoyed Colorado, we are so happy to be working and living here in the great state of Oregon.  I love practicing law here, and nothing is more satisfying that achieving the best possible results for my clients.  When we're not working, my wife and I spend most of our free time chasing after our twin toddlers as they explore and learn about the many natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest.
