Before entering the legal profession, Matt held positions in branding, sales, and marketing in Chicago, Louisville, and New York.  He served as an Associate Director of Pharmaceutical Brand Development for a global brand identity firm.  Matt was an Assistant Product Manager at a pharmaceutical company.  And he was a Senior Analyst in Corporate Sales Operations for a large, publicly traded health insurance company..
