Mr. Blythe has particular expertise in the area of advertising litigation related to greenwashing and the use of environmental statements.Mr. Blythe graduated with high honors from Georgia Tech and is registered to practice as a Patent Attorney before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. He received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated, magna cum laude, and was on the Georgia Law Review. He has served as faculty for the Emory Trial Techniques program, completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's National Session program, and is a member of the Atlanta IP Inn of Court.
