I  have been practicing law since 2001, and Ihave obtained favorable results for hundreds of clients on a wide variety of legal matters. I concentrate my practice on family law, criminal defense, immigration, personal injury, and guardianship/probate.. As a family law attorney, I have worked on virtually every aspect of family law.  I have a wealth of experience with custody and parenting time issues; child support and spousal maintenance matters; and property division.  Ihave the expertise to help clients at every stage of their divorce proceeding, whether at the time divorce is initiated or even after it has been finalized.. I have successfully represented clients on a wide range of criminal matters, from attempted murder to DWI, from shoplifting to assault, and from disorderly conduct to hit-and-run. Prior to graduation from Law School, I worked for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, Adult Criminal Prosecution Division.. As an immigration attorney, I have helped many individuals to obtain legal status in the United States and ultimately attain citizenship.  Ispecialize in family immigration, and have helped many families re-unite.. I am dedicated to serving individuals with special needs. As a member of the Hennepin County Guardianship Panel, I represent impaired individuals in guardianship proceedings, making sure that their rights are protected and that they are treated with respect and dignity by the Court system. A frequent practitioner at the Probate Court, I  also have the expertise to help clients with Wills, and Estate administration..
