Becky A. Moshier, has been in practice for over 30 years.  Initially, in 1991 Becky opened her practice as a general law practice handling bankruptcy matters, divorce/family law, criminal/traffic, and wills/estate matters.  This wide variety of experience in different areas of the law has been especially helpful in approaching her bankruptcy practice.  Approximately, in 1996, Becky started to devote the majority of her practice to representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.  Bankruptcy is Becky's sole practice area and she enjoys and excels at the practice of bankruptcy law.  Becky grew up in Big Lake, MN, a small town 45 miles west of Minneapolis.  Small town values of honesty and integrity are the backbone of her practice and she enjoys a solid reputation among her peers for her strong work ethic and integrity.  Clients will always know where they stand with Becky as she is a straight shooter and tells it like it is without being judgmental or self-serving.  Becky became a lawyer with the goal to help people and has worked with a wide variety of people from all walks of life, from working class to upper class and from a variety of differing ethnicities and nationalities.
