William Roa Bio
William Roa was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, and for the first few years of his early childhood was raised in Bogota, Colombia. Colombia is where he first learned the Spanish language. Thereafter, he and his family immigrated to the United States and settled in Worcester, Massachusetts.. In 1991, he earned a high school diploma from Doherty High School – Worcester, then in 1996, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, and finally in 2002, a Juris Doctorate degree from New England Law – Boston. In the meantime, he had worked for various employers, including city and state agencies, as well as, financial companies, and small to medium sized law firms.
