I hired Zach Margules several years ago to help with contracts and later a vendor dispute. Despite paying him over $10,000, he never provided itemized billing or a clear explanation of his charges, and he failed to follow through on legal actions he told me he would pursue. At the time, he told me not to worry about a small remaining balance. Years later, he began demanding $1,700 with no breakdown of services. I received one contract, for over 10k! Since then, I have been subjected to repeated, harassing text messages from him. These often arrive on holidays and come in long chains, five to ten back-to-back texts, sometimes several paragraphs long, followed by strings of exclamation points or question marks if I don not respond immediately. When I failed to reply within 48 hours (because I was at a funeral), he threatened court action instead of communicating professionally by phone or email, even though I repeatedly asked him to do so. I have made clear that I am paying monthly toward the balance as much as possible, yet the harassment continues. His conduct has been aggressive, unprofessional, and at times made me feel unsafe. In my experience, Zach Margules failed to deliver on promised legal services, provided no billing transparency, and chose harassment over professionalism. I cannot recommend his services.
