Efficient collaboration with other advisors and counsel is an integral part of my practice, with the goal of enhancing a client's existing professional relationships, and assisting clients in seeking additional advisors when needed.. My states of licensure (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maryland) do not allow advertising of "specialties", but my practice includes drafting and review of various types of contracts including purchase & sale agreements, services contracts, employment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and corporate documents and agreements, as well as estate planning instruments.
