She concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, business transactions, and serving as general counsel to clients in the manufacturing, retail, transportation, health care, technology, financial and professional service industries. Whether the focus is on acquisitions and growth, risk management or exit strategies and sales, Lori's corporate clients appreciate her sage counsel throughout the business life cycle. Lori also works with nonprofit organizations and has served as a board member of several educational and cultural institutions.
