Attorney Nebenzahl has more than thirty years experience in coomplex personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice defective products. Based on his extensive trial record, his assistance is regularly sought by lawyers throughout the country for his expertise in auto defect cases, medical malpractice cases and cases resulting in death or catistrophic injury.  Ten years ago, he began an estate planning practice to assist families in the protection of their property and topass it to others upon death without the the expensive and difficult process of going to the Probate Court.. Attorney Nebenzahl serves on the Board of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys where he also serves as Editor in Chief of its Civil Practice Guide. Additionally, he is on the Board of the Attorney's Information Exchange Group - a group of product liability lawyers from around the country dedicated to assisting colleagues who represent victims of defective, dangerous products. Mr. Nebenzahl is a Past President of the Boston Inn of Court, aand a sustaining member of the American Association for Justice. He is a fequent lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), a former member and Chair of the Sharon School Committee and a member of the Rotary Club of Sharon.
