Bob successfully argued the Hellwig case before the NJ Supreme Court which proclaimed a change in N.J. cardiovascular law that remains in effect today and is cited as the pre-eminent heart attack case in N.J. Bob has been a member of the NJSBA (New Jersey State Bar Association) for 33 years, is a former Executive Committee member to the Workers' Compensation Section of the NJSBA, and a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor society.
