Included among my successes are the dismissal of a $4 million fraud claim on behalf of a defendant in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, obtaining a $1.1 million settlement on behalf of three condominium unit owners in a construction defect case in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and obtaining a no-cause verdict (dismissal) after a three day bench trial in the Camden County Superior Court.
