I have been exclusively practicing criminal law for over 25 years and am just as every bit as passionate as I was when I first began my career as a prosecutor. I am devoted to my clients who face criminal charges big or small, and believe everyone is entitled to a strong defense.. I graduated from University of Southern California in 1996 with a double major in Political Science and International Relations. I began law school at McGeorge School of Law that same year and graduated in 1999. The same year, I successfully passed the California State Bar Exam on my first try. Before I learned I had passed the bar, I clerked at the Orange District Attorney's Office as a Certified Senior Law Clerk. Upon passing the Bar, I was offered a position as a Deputy District Attorney.. During my almost six years as a Deputy District Attorney, I prosecuted all types of criminal cases from filing to jury or court trial. My time here was invaluable, gaining unparalleled experience, interacting with the judiciary, attorneys, law enforcement, investigators, and court staff. The relationships I forged are still intact today. In the criminal law world, relationships can often make or break a case. Contrary to what is perceived from movies or television, many prosecutors and attorneys are cordial and friendly with each other. This enables me to obtain the most outstanding results for my clients. This does not mean there aren't any fights or conflicts in the name of justice--there is plenty of these to go around when the moment demands it.. I have just passed my 25th Anniversary of being an attorney and my devotion to my clients has only intensified. I am still constantly inspired to help my clients in their time of need, and am fueled to help preserve their future. My experience, training, and expertise will be on display for every client in their time of need.
