A practicing CPA for over 7 years, both in the public and private sectors, his practice focuses on federal, state, and international tax services for a range of clients, including domestic and international business entities and individuals. He has advised clients on income tax treaty implications, FATCA and FBAR filing requirements, federal and state inbound and outbound royalty, dividend, and interest payment, and tax-efficient transactions and structures..
