His clients include companies based in the United Kingdom, and Mexico who have retained him to represent their interests in the United States, as well as US-based companies with business operations throughout the world, including Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, China, Korea and Taiwan. To assist him in these matters, Mr. Martin has developed relationships with leading law firms around the world.Born in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Martin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) in 1993, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco in 1997. Mr. Martin has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1997, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for all California Districts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals in both the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Circuit.
