I am a general practice attorney, which is a little bit like a family doctor that you go to for a variety of needs.  I  find that because I practice in several areas, there is cross-over that allows me to know when one legal issue I am handling affects other areas of my client's life and adjust my advice and work accordingly.  One unusual thing about my practice is that  I offer legal consulting.  Most attorneys require you to retain them to handle your case from start to finish.  In addition to doing that, i also consult with people who can't afford to retain an attorney.  This means clients pay according to their budget and according to their priority questions and concerns.   My commitment to my clients is a realistic appraisal of their legal problem, practical solutions, compassion and honesty in all aspects of my service.  I offer free consults to allow prospective clients to get some information at no cost while determing for themselves if my law office is the best fit for their needs.  Call us to arrange a free consult and we'd be glad to talk with you.   I am currently working virtually which means that I can talk to you by phone or video meeting and email.  I can do wills and related documents virtually so that you do not need to come to my office unless you choose to use notary services there.  I'm also doing other work like bankruptcies in a similar cases that require hearings are being done by phone or other virtual means.
