Born and raised in Omaha, Tim attended Creighton Prep. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University and his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law. While in law school, Tim received the CALI award for excellence in Insurance. He is admitted to the State and Federal Courts in Nebraska.
