She is commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of Maryland, is licensed as an Associate Real Estate Broker and Title Producer in the State of Maryland, and has been trained as a court designated mediator of civil disputes.. Additionally, Shari serves as an adjunct professor, and has taught community college to graduate level law courses. Currently, she teaches at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Howard Community College, and teaches real estate continuing education courses.
