Attorney Parmenter has amassed a wealth of experience representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties in all aspects of the construction process – from front end bid work and contract preparation to back end work with claims related to extra work, delay and mechanics liens.  Attorney Parmenter regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, mediations and arbitrations before arbitrators sanctioned by the American Arbitration Association related to public works and private construction disputes.  During Attorney Parmenter’s tenure with K&M’s Construction Group he has regularly advised construction clients on the following issues:. Additional Experience. -           Admiralty Law. o   Represented vessel builders and vessel owners relative to the maritime lien process.. -           Corporate Law. o   Regularly represents clients with respect to an array complex business disputes.. -            Land Use. o   Represents land owners with respect to an array of real estate disputes, including claims of adverse possession, as well as issues related to project development and permitting.. -            Personal Injury. o   Represents plaintiffs relative to injuries sustained as a result of traumatic accidents, including injuries sustained as a result of automobile collisions..
