Ms. Mauldin is an experienced trial attorney and litigator. She specializes in the areas of civil litigation, and criminal defense. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2000 and in 2008 she graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa, College of Law. During law school she was an accomplished mock trial competitor, having received the Order of the Barristers, the Lawyering Skills Certificate, and was a member of the AAJ and NTC traveling mock trial team. She also excelled in academics, having received the American Assoc. of Justice Advocacy Scholars Award and CALI Award for Excellence in Law and Literature.. Ms. Mauldin brings a unique and diverse background tothe practice of law. An Oklahoma native, Ms. Mauldin proudly served her community for five years as a Tulsa Police Officer. As an attorney who is an alumna of the Tulsa Police Department, she has experience enforcing, as well as defending the law. She graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa, College of Law and immediately went to work for the District Attorney’s office as prosecutor. There she began prosecuting domestic violence and moved quickly to a felony docket where she first-chaired numerous felony jury trials, having no losses.. After leaving the D.A.'s Office Ms. Mauldin transitioned into the practice of civil law with a focus on insurance defense and contract/business law.  During this time she was also appointed to the Criminal Justice Act Panel where she began defending indigent persons in federal court.. Ms. Mauldin is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma, and the federal Courts. Ms. Mauldin has three children, is an avid volunteer in the Tulsa community, and an animal lover..
