Michael R. Ippoliti, a solo practitioner, has been practicing law for more than twenty years in Wilmington, Delaware.  The primary focus of his practice has always been worker’s compensation.  While in the past Mr. Ippoliti worked for many insurance companies, he has established a track record of success helping injured people in Delaware.  Mr. Ippoliti draws on his significant experience and knowledge of the worker’s compensation system to preserve and protect the rights of working men and women (and their families) who are injured or become ill as a result of their employment.  His passion and relentless commitment are deeply rooted within his own working class family.   Mr. Ippoliti also handles personal injury/motor vehicle cases.. Mr. Ippoliti graduated cum laude from Temple University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 1983, and earned his J.D. Degree from Delaware Law School at Widener University in 1987.  Mr. Ippoliti is a member of the Worker’s Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.  He is a committee member for the Worker’s Compensation Section of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Worker’s Compensation and Workplace Injury Section of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  He is also a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association.  Mr. Ippoliti has frequently lectured on worker’s compensation issues.
