He then returned to his hometown and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University in 2005. Nick is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and the Supreme Court of New Mexico. He is also a member of the Texas Trial lawyers Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.. As a law student, Nick clerked for a personal injury law firm and gained a desire to fight for the rights of families and people affected by tragedy. Nick continues this desire by ensuring that injured clients are aggressively represented against insurance companies and compensated.
