Attorney Tim Mahoney has practiced law in Central Texas since 1992, honing his litigation skills and developing a deep understanding of the law. In addition to his law degree, he obtained a master's degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. The additional insight into government bureaucracy is not only highly relevant to the practice of law, but it puts him in a unique position to effect change that helps his clients and his community.. "Over the years, I have seen the abuses our government and our legal system commit against the public. My goal is to do what I can to protect my clients and make my community a better place in which to live." — Lawyer Tim Mahoney. Throughout his career, Tim Mahoney has not lost focus on what is most important. He is an active participant in the local community. His tenure as a member of the Austin Community College Board of Trustees from 2008 through 2014 is only one example. While he always acts first in his client's best interests, he never loses sight of the benefits of cooperation and building consensus.
