David began his career handling primarily insurance defense cases in Louisiana and then broadened his practice to general civil litigation when he moved to Texas in 1997. David handles matters in all of Texas State and Federal Courts ranging from evictions in Justice of the Peace Courts to complex Class Action Litigation in Federal Courts. David's vast litigation experience has dovetailed into his Mediation and Arbitration practice. As a mediator, David can assists parties in finding a solution for disputes to avoid the costs and risk of litigation.
