Mark O'Halloran has an impressive resume for successfully litigating challenging injury cases, and he has earned a reputation as one of Washington's top personal injury attorneys.  He is repeatedly selected as a Super Lawyer and was a Top 40 Under 40 selection for enforcing the rights of injured persons and challenging Big Insurance.  Outside of his practice, Mark is committed to protecting the community, educating the public, and enforcing the rule of law.  He was an officer on an Executive Committee of the American Bar Association Judicial Division, served as Chair of the Judicial Outreach Network for several years, and was Chair of the Lawyers Conference of the Judicial Division.  He is formerly a board member for the Seattle University Law Alumni Board and served on its Executive Committee and as Chair of its Development Committee.  He currently serves the Washington State Association for Justice on the Judicial Relations Committee.  He has held numerous past leadership positions with the American Bar Association and Washington State Bar Association and implemented multiple public service projects for low income persons, senior citizens, and veterans.  Mark received his degrees from the University of Washington and Seattle University School fo Law.  He is licensed to practic in Washington State Courts, The United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and The Supreme Court of the United States.  He resides in Seattle with his wife and daughter.
