I am the only Board certified DUI attorney in Tulsa and 1 of only 45 in the US. I have trained in the NHTSA SFTS, instructor of the SFST, DRE trained, stated certified to operate the Intox 5000 and a maintenance supervisor of the 5000. I have trained and instructed on the Intox 8000. I have been to advanced training on blood testing, eye movements and jury selection…. I have a boutique firm in that I do not run a high volume practice, preferring to spend the time necessary on each case to properly defend my client.
