Things to know:  I am a trial lawyer.  I have tried many cases in many different jurisdictions.  That does not mean that every case I take goes to trial.  In fact I would wager that 90% of the time my cases are disposed of without a trial; whether that is acceptance of a fair plea bargain or a variety of different dismissal options.  The fact that I am a winning trial lawyer allows me to get better returns for my clients on that 90% of the time when my cases don't go to trial.  Inevitably some cases are going to go to trial; when that day comes you can rest assured that you are in good hands during that stressful time.
