My law practice has been primarily a litigation practice in both state and federal courts. Since 1994 I have also developed an alternative dispute resolution practice primarily as a mediator. I have also served as an arbitrator, collaborative lawyer, special master and parent coordinator.. My mediation experience includes family matters, employment law, personal injury, contract law and statutory remedies..
