I focus on listening to what clients want, and providing cost-effective advice so that clients can make good decisions.   In most instances clients do not want lengthy, expensive memos about their matter; rather they seek information about risks involved so that they can make informed business decisions.. I regularly visit my clients at their workplace, and take the time to learn about their businesses, company objectives, strategies, and opportunities.   By understanding the business objectives of clients, I am better able to provide pro-active advice in light of their business strategy..
