John B. FitzGerald, III. Former Workers' Compensation Hearings Officer at the NH Department of Labor. Founding partner of Patch & FitzGerald PA, Attorney FitzGerald concentrates in New Hampshire workers’ compensation law and is a frequently requested speaker at continuing legal education seminars for attorneys, major regional employers, the New Hampshire Department of Labor and the Compensation Appeals Board. He is a graduate of George Washington University where he majored in Public Affairs with a concentration in economics and statistics. While living in Washington DC, he served on the staff of the United States Senate and handled constituent requests. He received his JD from Vermont Law School in 1981. He is currently admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is also a member of the New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation Subcommittee.. Prior to entering private practice, Attorney FitzGerald was a Workers' Compensation Hearings Officer at the Department of Labor.  He also served on the staff of the New Hampshire Emergency Management Agency.. Active in community organizations, Attorney FitzGerald has served on the Board of Directors for several non profit organizations for over 17 years. Attorney FitzGerald also coached women’s soccer for St. John’s Regional School and Bishop Brady High School.
