Mike Paduchowski earned his Juris Doctor from theUniversity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill .  While attending law school Mike worked for the Orange County District Attorney's Office, was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Negotiation Team, achieved Dean's List honors, and was named to the prestigious Order of the Barristers.  Before attending law school Mike graduated from the University of North Carolina 's Kenan Flagler Business School with a degree in Business Administration then went to work for the law firm of Hedrick, Gardner, Kincheloe and Garofalo LLP.  Mike previously worked for the Maitland Law Firm in Chapel Hill where he was in charge of the firm's Criminal, Traffic, and Personal Injury section. Mike left his position at Maitland Law for an opportunity to join the Law Office of Matthew Charles Suczynski PLLC in 2011.  He has concentrated his practice areas and teamed up with Matthew Suczynski to provide the residents of North Carolina with superior legal service at affordable rates.. Mike is a skilled litigator and accomplished negotiator who utilizes his knowledge of the local court system and trial process to efficiently handle criminal, traffic, DWI, and personal injury matters. Mike and his wife, Brittney, have been members of the Chapel Hill/Durham community for over a decade.  He gives back to the community by coaching youth sports, serving as a Resident Judge in Teen Court, and volunteering as a Supervising Attorney for the NC Driver's License Restoration Project.  Mike believes that communication is key and takes pride in providing personal legal service to each and every client.
