Alex Fayad has lived in Las Vegas since 1986, and is licensed to practice in Arizona, New Mexico, Nebraska, Nevada, Utah, and the District of Columbia.. Alex graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a Bachelor of Science in International Business. While at UNLV, he worked as an IT professional and founded several start-ups. Alex studied abroad in Turin, Italy and speaks fluent Italian.. Alex went on to earn his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Creighton University. At Creighton, he co-authored the lead article in Creighton Law Review’s 50th volume and served as an editor of the Creighton International and Comparative Law Journal. Alex traveled “From Nuremberg to the Hague”, participating in an international moot court competition in Germany. As a law student, Alex also worked in the Community Economic Development Clinic, providing free services to underserved members of the Omaha community.. After returning to Nevada, Alex served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark R. Denton in Department XIII of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County, Nevada. Department XIII is one of four Business Courts designated for complex civil matters. Alex went on to work for a well established Nevada civil litigation firm prior to joining Hall Jaffe & Clayton, LLP.. In his free time, Alex enjoys the outdoors, exercising, cooking, reading, and traveling.
