More than 29 years of practice, and earning a BV rating for high distinction in the industry, I want to work directly with individuals and small businesses to address their legal issues in a customized manner to match their budget and individual needs.  I keep my fees and costs to a minimum to avoid unexpected fees and billing.  I offer an open and direct discussion with clients to analyze the issues. I charge reasonable fees and I often agree to flat fee work if possible.  I don't abandon clients in the middle of an action but work with them to complete the case to a resolution that they can accept.  I am willing to fight for my clients to get their case treated with respect and understanding from the court and from other counsel.. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 40 years. I am a graduate of UNLV and have worked my way through college.  I am originally from a rural area and I apply my work ethic and moral ethic to obtain fairness and reasonable outcomes that my clients expect and deserve.  I am very open to my clients to be available as much as my court calendar and family allow.. If I can't put you in a better place than when you came to me, I am not doing my job to be your legal advocate. I put you back in control of your life.
