Ben Hall – Founder & Managing Attorney, Ben Hall Law. Ben Hall brings a unique and mission-driven perspective to the practice of law. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Ben served for five years, including a combat deployment to Iraq. After his military service, he spent nearly a decade in law enforcement and began law school while still serving as a full-time police officer in Michigan.. During law school, Ben pursued a wide-ranging legal education, interning at the Michigan Legislature, the Governor’s Office, and with both a state circuit court judge and two federal judges, including at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He later joined the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office, where he managed a wide variety of cases—from OWI and criminal sexual conduct to high-level white collar fraud—building a reputation for courtroom excellence and a no-nonsense approach to justice.. Beyond the courtroom, Ben is a dedicated community member, officiating high school and college football and basketball. His insights and perspectives have been featured in national media including CNN, NBC Nightly News, Fox & Friends, HLN, and The Real.
